I think that LECRUZ is cannot be labeled a scam yet!! LECRUZ is doing it professionally and legally. They "have" handed it over to Wijaya Group. The group is going to come up with written agreement which the investors have to sign. "Investors don't have a choice". But going by the protest, they might make a very good offer. Once signed by investors LECRUZ is no more legally responsible for our investment. That is when all our investment are going to get stuck.We must understand Lecruz is a legitimate junket business registed in Macau. The counterpart in Canada whose registration document shown on Lecruz.com website, is reported to be a dormant business; unlike Macau operations. Therefore, any litigation filed against Canada operations going to give limited returns. Any actions against Lecruz has to be focused on its Macau business. Being a junket for casinos, need a large bank deposit of several hundred million dollars in addition to impeccable reputation. Therefore,if we insist that LECRUZ, remains responsible for our investment and stop negotiating ANY deal with Wijaya Group; there is a good possiblity we will win. If LECRUZ says, it doesn't want to run the MLM, it CANNOT simply absorb all our money freely into its account. It is ILLEGAL. Please understand, Junket business in Macau is regulated strickly by Macau authorities. That is why the team of MLM leaders were going around the country explaining the new Wijaya Deal. It is a trap once we sign and accept it. Lecruz, is a multimillion dollar business entity whereas Wijaya is an individual who had been working for Lecruz. Therefore, although our Lecruz investment looks gone; it is not gone until we had signed the new deal with Mr. Wijaya or any third party. Then this will become a scam, unwinable in any court.Therefore,don't be rattled by present scenario of low returns. It is a psychological war. 1) Please insist to all the MLM leaders that we hold LECRUZ RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCEPTING OUR INVESTMENT THRU THEIR LOCAL AGENT IN MALAYSIA.The money trail is traceable.2)If Lecruz doesn't want to run MLM, IT SHOULD PAY THE PROMISED AMOUNT NEVERTHELESS. It is accountable for the promises made in the presentations by the local agents in Malaysia.3) If it fail to do so, the ensuing mass police report, with media publicity, will damage its business prospects in the region (Malaysia & Singapore included). That will be more damaging than any litigation. Refunding the investors is going to be least costly outlet for LECRUZ. They will take a less damaging path! (ex-makkal sakthi)

Hundreds of investors begining from KL, had signed a memorandum to LECRUZ and forwarded to Fishmonger in person at end of the meeting in public. This mass signatature campaign by investors point the accountablity/liablity to where it belongs. The copy of the MEMORANDUM has been circulated widely. That's right! It was registered under an Ang Mo name using a residence address but now it was change to P.O.Box. We saw it before but did not have any backup ,would appreciate if you can send it to us (Lecruzpenang@gmail.com).We would encourage you guys to backup all the info. from the website about your account, we may need it soon. Lecruz should be a legal entity in Canada according to someone who have check it up and have been on tour and entertainment business for about 20 over years. Lecruz is one of the many junket in Venetian.A few have redeem the CP from the casino with picture taken but Can't confirm if that info. is true, anyone can be part of the team. Those who made profit could have be on their side too. Any how there is a very large group and a few smaller groups have prepared to take action and almost all of them aware of the traditional scam strategy, ie after this type of scenario happened , they will close shop in 3 months time.By that time,this MLM scam could be in Malaysia Book of Record for the largest amount of money and in the shortest period of time,guess whose name will be there? There may be a different ending as this time, as we heard it involved some VIPs. For us here, we are praying everyday,hopefully it will be happy ending.

Before investors heading to Macau or even Canada,do you know the entity status of Lecruz in Canada. It was registered in Canada using residence address . Do you guys check whether Lecruz haws legal entity in Canada. Lecruz is not Multi-Million business group as claimed in the website . If you noticed , their corporate info has been removed from website. If you do the business search , there is no business by the name of Lecruz running the multimillion entertainment and tour business Fishmonger partnered with VJ is part of the syndicate out to scam fellow Malaysians . If we did not get any form of confirmation by month end , we should go after fishermonger and VJ. By then , we should also report to Bukit Aman , Interpool , Indonesia and Macau authorities. Lecruz claimed to run junket business but they are even a junket in Venetian ???

OK! Since I'm online now, you guys who have access to this account also must do your own editing if there is any personal name just change it. For this blog to be more civilized and professional manner, try to avoid the F*** word,  anyway mis-spelling is accepted. LOL! But..But the previous post I don't know how to change it, hope you guys can change it.

 

In fact all of us and some of the leaders also felt very disappointed. Lecruz should keep their promises. We also felt very sad for fellow investors who will be celebrating Deepavali tomorrow and the money got stuck in Lecruz, hopefully their upline is human enough to provide them some help. We just came to know that many people have actually return the Direct Sponsor commission to their downline. Hope you guys who read this can do the same. God knows what we have done and if it is a good deeds the reward will be many many times greater. If otherwise ... you should know better. Just imagine some investors have actually invested their whole life saving and now they have the whole family to take care of but their money got stuck in this sort of investment.

We were told by the leaders that Lecruz no longer wanted to continue this MLM business coz' they felt that their business was affected by members asking questions in the casino and they also find it not profitable. Somehow VJ decided to save this MLM by fully taking it over.

Somehow the restructuring process made people very disappointed.Those who have made profit at the earlier stage and did not reinvest, may not be affected so much. Even some of us here have different point of view but our main aim for this blog is get contacts and info. It is best we get to know as many fellow investors as possible so that we still can contact each other if things turns bad.

We also like to point out that at this moment that #001 is one of the very few people to be able to communicate and negotiate with VJ , so don't  create havoc, don't aggravate the situation, give them some time to make the changes, they need to calculate accurately before putting up new plan. If mis-calculate also can more problem right? On the other side we also must do our homework.

After pondering about it, I still think that it is not right that LeCruz dismiss all this and pass it on to VJ Group.They are not closing the business, and they are still going on making profit. If they want to stop MLM business, then return the money to the investors, and go back to their traditional ways.Its unethical to take the money, then stop the whole program and give back peanuts to the investors. This is what we call a SCAM.seriously, things look bleak for me.I believe other investors as well.Some could have their whole life ruin ahead of them...

When I think about it, Lecruz not making profit is bullshit!, Sept 09 alone the investment should be above tenths of Mil. Sept. new plan was a trap, Sept. top-up also another trap! VJ taking over and setting up a new company maybe another trap. After we accepted and sign the agreement then thats it, we cannot sue Lecruz anymore!Coz' we agree liau ma! If those leaders sincerely wanted to help out, then they should come out with something solid to regain back our confident not only word of mouth..telling us to wait and see???I heard they have meeting everyday but till now we still end up less than 10% of what we should be getting.You create havoc- they blame on you! You wait another 3 months , company close shop - they also can blame on you!!!Fark! What can we do now ???I hope other leaders must also follow like ah leong fork out 2mil to adsorb the CP , to lighten the burden of the downline and also looks better after making tons of money. right?

Yup! That guy was in mobile wallet.Whether he knew things earlier, we can't confirmed but till now we knew that he played the game well. If it is the same scenario for Lecruz, God knows what to do with this type of cold blooded people. 

As a reminder to those who read this, if the new plan comes out with a new entity and an agreement to sign then those who sign will be considered as have  agreed with the new plan and it will be difficult to take action against Lecruz. After that Lecruz will be out of the picture, the new company can be dissolved at anytime, coz' you guys are the one funded for it esp. the Sept. top-up package. 

As for now,we will have to wait for another week to see the new plan and the CP conversion. For the time being it is best you get as many contacts as possible from your uplines and downlines(except some of  the leaders).Try not to create havoc, as the leaders will put all the blame on you(that's their tactic). You may also contribute by copying this blog and paste on a new blog account  and collect as many contacts and info. as possible.  Everybody is still praying everyday. We are still hoping for miracle to happen.

Till recent I know that he was in mobile wallet. He lured his people to put more money till the "disaster" happened in April that year. Actually, he already known in Feb. Damn this guy ! Don't care his people even friends. In his mind only $$$ ! Asked Aln about the new plan, he said will only be known after 2-3 months time. How come so long to decide? Wow! This is serious and This is also something new to us, thanks! Now we are awaiting for the new plan from Wijaya team, if it is  reasonable enough then it will be a win-win situation for everyone. If he come with a new entity and an agreement to be signed by all investors then we will have  to proceed with our back up plan. There may be a lot of investors heading to Macau and some even going to Canada. Always remember me or you alone will not be able to do anything but if thousands of us united voice up together we will be able to make an impact! Get all the contacts in your group and also calculate the amount of investment made and prepare for the next step. As far as we are concerned we are dealing with Lecruz , and it is up to Lecruz to take action against those leaders.

Just got to know a shocking fact!! The reasons given by the leaders that Le Cruz members asking lots of questions and interrupted the casino business actually not a real reason. The leaders knew or perhaps only Fishmonger knew what will happen next. That explained why Fishmonger doesn't want to continue earning the extra % of money as a stokist and release his stokist status to others. Why he doesn't wants to earn somemore as main stokist? Because he knew ! He knew something going to happen or rather said his syndicate is going to close this program. Now if you ask him, he will tell you : I'm not going to involve in it ! (because he is now already a multi-millionaire!!) Sue that Fishmonger ! Suck ! They changed new plan to pull in more sales. Who will gain the most ? Fishmonger (#001)

Hi Anonymous,

Frankly,we do not know if it is possible to take legal action. We still awaiting for feedback from someone in the legal profession.

In fact we have not come to the extend of taking legal action at this moment.The main purpose of this blog is to be prepared on the action to be taken. Many people have already started emaling us - Our purpose is collect feedback and collect as many contacts as possible. Thank you very much for those emails- we know if we stay united, we can make a different. There are more than 8 thousand investors in Lecruz.

We do understand that negotiation is the best solution but we have seen 24 of them including all the leaders went to Macau on the 8th Oct 2009 for an Ad-hoc meeting and we ended up with the present situation. 

We also agree with you that those invested should get back their share but now it seems like with the new plan, you can't even get back half of your investment. The best thing now is get as much information and contacts of your uplines and downlines. A few of us already started blogging and set up our own forums, we also have the information spread through social media and many websites and soon we will link to each others sites. Any of you can start a new blog like this and link back to us,provide us your email or subscribe our RSS feeds so that we can update you on the latest info.

Is it possible to take legal action?Do we have proper documentations to sort this out?It is best to negotiate, to at least give us our returns based on the figures stated in their plan given.It is only fair that investors who had invested based on the old plan been given back their fair share.
